Festival of The Horse at Grove House Stables

Very entertaining afternoon at the Festival of the Horse hosted by Grove House Stables in Misterton and sponsored by Petplan.
A great effort by the Grove House Vaulting Team, who really looked as though they enjoyed every minute of their display as much as their supporters did. Their coaches have done a brilliant job in such a short time and the coaching team certainly are somethng to aspire too….. Oh! too be young and flexible.
The side saddle ladies put on an excellent display of what riding side saddle is all about and both of them were terrific, elegant and everything you would imagine side saddle to be. Top marks to the commentator who was informative and engaging.
Never did manage to get on trigger (the mechanical horse), too many eight year olds bullying me out of the way !!
